Just came back from watching The Incredible Hulk!
It was awesome!! Woohoo! ♥

My favorites were the Incredible Hulk vs. Evil Hulk fight scenes! 5 stars for the amazing effects & cinematography... Ofcourse I'm a bit biased since they shot the scene in my fav city right now, New York! Haha! I just don't understand why almost all films that feature disastrous scenes blow up NY! Is it that amazing that they badly want to get rid of it altogether? Tsk. Jealous biatches! Haha! Jokeeeee..
O, Juan dela Cruz, favorite city ko lang naman ang NY, favorite country ko Philippines parin kaya wag kanang magselos! =P

ANYWAY.

My favorite line in the movie was by Bruce (Edward Norton) in the scene when they were about to make love. He said, "I can't... I can't get too excited!" Haha! Funnyyyy!! =)
My hatest were the, "It's ok." lines of Betty (Liv Tyler)... she must have said those atleast 10 times. Arr! Haha!

I also loved Ironman's (Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark) cameo! That was sooo unexpected!!! So enlighten me Marvel followers... about what he said in the last part, is the next movie going to star both Ironman and The Hulk together? And can this be connected with Ironman's "secret" ending as well? The one where Samuel Jackson was shown? Waah!! Haha! I've never really been a fan of "boy" flicks but I'm starting to like Marvel-inspired movies more and more! =)

Sadly though, I couldn't compare if this one was better than the first one because I haven't seen the latter one yet. But whatever, I still liked this one, and yes, watch it! It's a million times better than You Don't Mess with the Zohan! Haha! Sorry, Adam! =(

The nearest moviehouse from our place is just a street away and I'm beginning to see it perks...

No need to worry about how to get there, parking fees and even buying those expensive cinema munchies ('cause beside our theater, there's this store that sells v.cheap good eats!).
It's literally a stone's throw away from our apartment... You can be there in like 3 minutes or so if you walk really slow, and 30 seconds max if you run like a cheetah! Haha! No hassle pa 'cause you can just go there wearing your pajammies (just wear a cap so no one would recognize you-- although I've never tried doing that! Haha!).
Anyways, yeah it's a bit crappy because it's small (holds 4 movies only), but it's an okay place to see the movies you don't really want to see, or you just want to see for the sake of seeing. You know what I meant there, right? Haha! Plus the fee's really cheap... it's just $5/person (except during weekends). The normal rates here are more or less 12 bucks if you watch in the really nice, big cinemas... so paying for almost less than half of that, for the same movie, is really a steal!

The movie I wanna watch next is Hancock, and I wanna watch it all by myself! Haha! I have never, in my 21 years of existence, watched a movie in a moviehouse ALONE and I wanna try it. Wala lang, just for experience's sake. What do you think? Have any of you guys done that already? Share your thoughts naman. Was it cool kasi feeling independent, or was it awkward kasi siyempre you don't have anyone to laugh/cry with during funny/sad scenes? =)

P.S. Ooh, I just joined the Jamba Juice Breakfast Challenge! Haha! I hope I win the free Jamba breakfast for a year or the free Nike workout gear!

P.P.S. Thanks to Anj for making me an extra on one of her posts! =)
You know I love ya! =D
